Please refer to this page to review our most current policies and terms of use.

Metro Manila Delivery

*Oversize delivery using truck or van. This will be reviewed by our personnel after ordering. See delivery charge on your area below:

For the Size: Lenght x Width x Height in Centimeters =total devided by 3,500 x 80 + 80

International Shipping

Shipment outside Philippines is subject for an additional shipping charge. Customers will be emailed with the actual shipping charges in 2-4 business days. And will need to reply to that email with approval to proceed. The Oil Paint Store will charge Php 50 for processing the order, a quotation from FedEx, DHL, Philippines Post will be sent to the customer by email. The Oil Paint Store will send Money Request from Paypal after the customer approve the amount of shipping charges. The Processing fee of Php50 is not refundable. The Oil Paint Store is not liable on the fees of the bank or paypal during refund.

Oversize or Overweight Package Condition

* Within Greater Manila package is scheduled for delivery during Tuesdays and Saturdays only.

* Provincial Rates- Package over the Maximun size/weight are subject to rate change.

- Package more than 20 kilos may vary on the shippers cost plus package & handling fee.

*** The Oil Paint Store has the right to change the delivery cost if the package is over the actual size or weight.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight or size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

PAYMENTS 

Acceptable forms of payment for on-line ordering are:

 

Bank Deposit:  Bank deposit through BDO (Banco de Oro) , BPI (Bank of Philippine Island). In order to process your order, payments can be made within 3 banking days after you have received a confirmation of your order via email from TheOilPaintStore.com   Failure to do so will mean order cancellation. Please note that three (3) order cancellations attempts will put you on our blocked list and you will not be able to make purchases in the future.

 

Credit card through Paypal Sevice.

 

Cash On Delivery- Please prepare the exact amount during the delivery schedule sent from your email. Failure to do so will mean order cancellation. Please note that three (3) order cancellations attempts will put you on our blocked list and you will not be able to make purchases in the future.

 

When payments are made (from selected/chosen method) , the costumer must call or text 027885932, The Oil Paint Store contact number for verification. Please include your name, Order #, Bank & Branch and Date. Please keep your transaction forms for reference.

RETURNS

In the event that a return is needed, please contact TheOilPaintStore within 3 days. Returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped (must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging ) will be reviewed by our personnel for proper return or disposal. It must be in the original wrapping or container and must arrive back to us in resalable condition.

Return shipping can be arranged with the shipper of your choice; however, we do encourage you to use a shipper with a reliable tracking system such as LBC, 2Go or DHL. If the shipment is lost or damaged on its way back to The Oil Paint Store, you may follow up with the shipper for claim resolution.

When returning stock items of your choice, include a copy of the completed return form (found on the back of the packing receipt).

Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge as long as the merchandise are not opened or damaged upon receipt.

Once a return package has been delivered to us, please allow 2 weeks for the return to be reviewed and processed.
