Dermatograph Pencil also known as China Marker
The pencil pole is made out of paper. It does not need to be sharpened. It can be torn by the rope in the pencil. These are the kind of pencils that are wrapped in paper and have the string that you pull and then unwrap the paper to "sharpen" them.
