TheOilPaintStore.com provides its services to you subject to the preceding policies, terms and conditions which may be updated and/or revised from time to time by The Oil Paint Store without notice to you, and which become effective when posted. Please refer to this page to review our most current policies and terms of use.

MODE OF SHIPPING

Subject to change without prior notice. The Oil Paint Store has the right to upgrade the delivery vehicle/courier in the event of the final total size/weight of the order package exceed the limitation capacity of the customer initial choice.

Ship via GRAB or Lalamove (Freight Collect) Estimated time of arrival is 1-2 days after payment received.
Please take note, this is freight collect, customers will pay for the delivery charge base on the charges of GRAB or Lalamove. This is only limited within Metro Manila address shipping. Ordered product and handling/processing fee of Php60 is payable only via bank wire or Paypal. Estimated time to arrive is within the same day after we/you booked for pick up from our Sta Cruz, Manila Branch. 
 
Please book the pickup at 2115 M. Hizon St., Sta Cruz, Manila after we have sent you Confirmation email if the order is ready for booking.
 
TOPS Motor Delivery (COD Accepted) Estimated time to delivery is 2-4 days. This will be reviewed by our personnel after you place your order. 

Some order exceeds the maximum capacity of our motorcycle delivery and will automatically upgrade to our van or truck delivery. Delivery fee is based on the total order amount & location. Payable via Cash on Deliver (COD), PayPal or Bank wire (money transfers) Please see chart below:

TOPS MOTOR DELIVERY RATE

*Note: Some remote areas are not yet serviceable with our motor delivery. Our personnel will contact you for a convenient courier service available in your area.

Van (L3 type) Delivery (COD Accepted) Estimated time to deliver is 3-5 days. This will be reviewed by our personnel after you place your order. 
Some order exceeds the maximum capacity of our Van delivery and will automatically upgrade to our van or truck delivery. Delivery fee is based on the total order amount. Payable via Cash on Deliver (COD), Paypal, or Bankwire (money transfers)
 
Acceptable size is 6x10ft with 3pcs less in quantity and 10ft. in length canvas rolls.

* The Oil Paint Store has the right to change the delivery cost if the final package is more than one and/or the initial size or weight quotation whichever is higher.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment. TOPS fee includes processing, handling, and packaging fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight or size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

LBC Cash On Delivery Terms and Conditions

LBC COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) limited to MAXIMUM WORTH of Php10,000.00 purchased
LBC COD (Cash on Delivery) purchase are available for orders not exceeding the total amount of P10,000.00.

Orders that exceeded the maximum limit, may settle thru other payment methods via Paypal, Bank transfer/deposit, Gcash, Money Remittance thru-Palawan, LBC padala, MLhuillier, Cebuana (refer to our website)

For remote locations and conflict zones that may not be reached or serviceable by LBC cash on delivery, you may pick up your parcel at the nearest LBC outlet in your area.

Refusal to receive and pay the COD order is not allowed.
Any reason for refusing a COD order will constitute a serious violation.
Simple change of mind will not be honored.
Account will be evaluated and may be prohibited from placing FUTURE COD TRANSACTIONs. We reserved the right to refuse further services to customers who violated the terms of use on any of our services.


If the courier damaged the product by any circumstances, The Oil Paint Store is not liable for any refund or exchange item caused by the incident.

Customer Returns LBC COD
For return items, customer will shoulder the fees and charges. Please carefully review your order before confirming to avoid any confusion & inconveniences.

Ship via Air Freight Collect- via AP Cargo, Pambato and other reliable shipping company. Available only in Visayas & Mindanao Limited areas only. Estimated time of arrival is 3-5 days after payment received. Please take note, this is freight collect, customers will pay for the delivery charge base on the chosen courier. Estimated time of 10-20 Working days after payment receipt. Serviceable area Visayas and Mindanao only, Door to door delivery if address is within the city. And pick-up at their nearest courier branch if outside the city.

Ship via Sea Freight Collect- via AP Cargo, Pambato and other reliable shipping company. Available only in Visayas & Mindanao Limited areas only. Estimated time of arrival is 6-15 days after payment received. Please take note, this is freight collect, customers will pay for the delivery charge base on the chosen courier. Estimated time of 10-20 Working days after payment receipt. Serviceable area Visayas and Mindanao only, Door to door delivery if address is within the city. And pick-up at their nearest courier branch if outside the city.

International Shipping
Shipment outside Philippines is subject for shipping estimation charges. Customers will be emailed with the actual shipping charges in 10-20 business days. And will need to reply to that email with approval to proceed. The Oil Paint Store will charge Php 250 for processing the order, a quotation from FedEx, DHL, and Philippine Post will be sent to the customer by email. The Oil Paint Store will send Money Request from PayPal after the customer approves the amount of shipping charges. The Processing fee of Php250 is not refundable. The Oil Paint Store is not liable on the fees of the bank or PayPal during refund.

Boxes are ample sized, and your items are well-protected.

Please note that Order cancellation shipped by a 3rd party courier, such as LBC or the like, is not allowed once the items have been dispatched. We do not track 3rd party courier delivery times.

MODE OF PAYMENTS
NO MINIMUM order amount required! Acceptable MODES of PAYMENT for on-line ordering are:

In order to process your order, payments can be made within 2 workings days after customer received an email of processing completion via email from TheOilPaintStore.com. Failure to do so will mean Order WARNING cancellation. Please note that three (3) order cancellations attempts will put you on our blocked listed and will not be able to make purchases in the future.

Bank Deposit, Money Transfers and Pera Padala We accept payments through BDO (Banco de Oro) , BPI (Bank of Philippine Island), Pera Padala(money trasnfer) LBC, ML, Palawan & Gcash. Bank fees and other charges will be shouldered by the customer. The Oil Paint Store must receive the exact total amount of the final order amount after processing. 

When payments are made (from selected/chosen method) , the costumer must call or text 027885932, The Oil Paint Store contact number for verification. Please include your name, Order #, Bank & Branch and Date. Please keep your transaction forms for reference.

NOTICE FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT USERS:
As we are using a third-party payment method which is PAYPAL, the amount paid was only an authorization from PAYPAL. This is to ensure that the funds are available for the seller (Seller’s protection). Your bank details may show the debited amount from the paypal authorization/transaction, in which the clearing takes place between 1 to 2 weeks.  The funds then are in floating status until we confirm the final amount to be captured. 

Due to order changes, unavailability of products occurring after the initial order is placed; we can modify the original authorized amount before CAPTURING THE FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID.

Meanwhile, for cancellation, void, or refund transactions. If you paid with a credit card, the payment is refunded to your card. It can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your card statement. Kindly check with your bank after then.

Cash On Delivery- Please prepare the exact amount during the delivery schedule sent from your email. 

Please allow 3-5 working days to process your placed order. You shall receive an email from The Oil Paint Store representative for order status details and validation.

RETURNS 
In the event that a return is needed, please contact TheOilPaintStore within 6 working days. Returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped (must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging) will be reviewed by our personnel for proper return or disposal. It must be in the original wrapping or container and must arrive back to us in resalable condition.

Return shipping can be arranged with the shipper of your choice; however, we do encourage you to use a shipper with a reliable tracking system such as LBC, 2Go or DHL. If the shipment is lost or damaged on its way back to The Oil Paint Store, you may follow up with the shipper for claim resolution.

When returning stock items of your choice, include a copy of the receipt!

When a customer returns an item that was bought by mistake (customer error), a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item provided that the customer will purchase additional item/s online. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be applied if there is no additional order. Plus, additional shipping or delivery charge.

Please note that only merchandise not opened and not damaged upon receipt are accepted for returns. Shipping and Delivery charges will not be refunded and will be at the cost of the customer.

Once a return package has been delivered to us, please allow 2 weeks for the return to be reviewed and processed.

Damaged thru Shipment (3rd Party Courier) 

* If the courier damaged the product by any circumstances, the oil paint store is not liable for any refund or exchange item caused by the incident.

Cancelation of Order
For Cancelation of the order.
Please send us email, or text us on this number smart 09519942066. Stating your name, order number, and reason of cancelation. We will be the one to cancel your order. Failure to contact us without cancelation notice, will result to Cancel Warning, and your email will be blocked and not able to order again.

Order Online In Store Pick up (All Branches)

Processing of order after placing it online will take 3-7 working days before picking up in store branches.  Once an order is complete and ready for pick up, a customer will receive an email to inform that his/her order is ready to pick up in the selected store branch. Once an order is incomplete, store branch personnel will inform the customer for the out-of-stock item(s). The Oil Paint Store will email the customer as well for the unavailable item(s). Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

If the customer wishes to change the Pickup in Store method to Book via Lalamove/ Grab,  The Oil Paint Store will charge 60.00 for processing & packaging fee to secure the item(s) free from damage.

If the store branch personnel already process your order and the customer changes the Pick up Location, The Oil Paint Store charges 130.00 for a transfer fee. Transfer of order to the other branch will take 2-3 working days.

Terms & Conditions FOR STORE PICK UP

In the event that a return is needed, please contact The Oil Paint Store branch within 6 working days after purchase. The Oil Paint Store will accept the returned item provided it must be new, unused, and contains all original packaging together with issued official receipts.
IF the item is used and slightly damaged, The Oil Paint Store has the right to refuse the returned item. The Oil Paint Store allows you to exchange the item for the same amount or higher than the returned item.
