Grumbacher Academy Acrylic: Payne's Gray 75ml

A transparent Blue-Black named for the English Watercolorist William Payne (1760-1820) who introduced it in his work in the late 18th Century. Its primary modern use is for 'toning down' colors and for creating shadows.
